Apartment doors are kicked in and people are robbed, homeless people hang outside all hours of the day, management takes months to replace broken appliances, and the property management company and insurer screwed me out of my deductible and the severely diminished value of my brand new Tesla that their faulty automated gate damaged. Avoid this place like the plague.

Hello, thank you for sharing your experience at 777 South Broad. We appreciate the feedback you have provided. We have a series of codes to our entry points and apartment homes, a concierge on desk duty and a security system throughout our building.... Our Community Manager has not seen homeless people hanging outside our building. There have been isolated incidents of doors kicked which were investigated by the police along with a robbery. Our gate to our parking garage was not faulty. It functioned properly. Anyone entering or leaving our garage must wait for our gate to close after each car and then reopen for the next car. Our Community has sent numerous emails to our residents to remind them of how our gate functions to avoid it damaging anyone's car. We react to requests and concerns very quickly here and we take pride in taking care of our residents. Our turn around time for service requests is under 48 hours, with emergencies responded to immediately. We would like to address your concerns with you directly.
