Disgusting filth on move-in day, old and dirty appliances and flooring, security gates broken.

Stay Away

My recommendation to you if renting from this business is to be very careful. We were hit with rent fees above our contractual amount and phony damage fees. The amounts were too small to fight legally but substantial enough to damage my child's credit if ignored. Contacting a live person at this business is impossible so there is literally no way to dispute. You will have no leverage. Stay away from Greystar and 400 Metting.

Upgrades and Helpful Staff

I am happy to be here. I had a rocky start at move-in, but Tony and Morgan have really helped me get everything in order and now I love my apartment. They let me know about upgrades coming and I could not be more excited. The new pool furniture is so nice. I love the daybeds!

I love my apartment at 400 meeting!

I love my two-bedroom at 400 Meeting! We love how BIG it is and how great the views are of the Ravenl Bridge and Charleston houses. Walking across the street to King where there is a starbucks and a million restaurants is so convenient.

The staff is excellent and they always return phone calls quickly for after-hours questions and comments.

We are looking forward to the pool and fitness center renovations coming next month too.
