Great location!
This low rating is because it is an unsafe place for elderly residents to live. Our building entry doors are broken/unlocked, and security gates are broken/open. This unsafe situation has existed for more than 3 months. Intruders could enter any of our buildings, rob and/or assault an elderly resident. We pay top dollar to live here and expect it to be safe from predators.

We don't have leadership in this community. Things that shouldn't be a priority are and things that should be a priority aren't. The "we are waiting on a part" as an excuse, doesn't work anymore.

I love living here. A huge adjustment from 2 1/2 Acres with 3 Bdrm Home a 1/3 acre stock pond with lg commercial grade fountain. However, OVERTURE WEST is fabulous in everyway. Exactly where I want to be for the unforeseeable future I am blessed with.
