Everyone has been very friendly. We have only just arrived and have yet to find where we fit. But the community is lovely, and the grounds are beautifully kept and secure.

Just received my lease renewal and not happy considering the residents have told us they had better renewals. We would have been ok if everyone had the same % but ours is much more.
I think this complex wants to keep it an assisted living vs active living.

Overture Daniel Island has been a rewarding destination place for me to call home. I have enjoyed my time here but we are not enjoying the social aspect and entertainment that we once did due to staffing problems. I hope the problem will be rectified soon. Leasing prices are very high each year at renewal but not getting tenants money worth. Somewhat disappointed.

I continue to enjoy living at Overture Daniel Island, as I've shared for 3 years now. What more can I really say? I'm still here and have leased up for an additional 15 months. This speaks volumes, wouldn't you say? I plan to remain here for as long as I will be able to afford it. Overture and Daniel Island are wonderful and peaceful places to live. Such beautiful nature replete with walking and biking trails, and ponds. And as I mentioned in a past review, I love the posted speed of 25... miles an hour and continue to drive around like Miss Daisy.

During construction, inadequate sound dampening was installed between floors. Sounds are noticeable from the apartment above.

Management is excellent. Housekeeping is well done. The maintenance staff is top notch.
