Atlantic beach house is in a prime location in Mount Pleasant. Walking distance to old village, close to Shem creek, and right over the bridge from Sullivan’s island.

Atlantic Beach house is an elite community with coastal vibes and laid back living. Management goes above and beyond to keep the buildings and grounds looking fabulous. The clubhouse has top tier fitness equipment and a large pool with gorgeous marsh views. I wake up everyday feeling like I'm on vacation!

Living at the Atlantic Beach house has been a dream. The apartment itself feels new and has a modern look and up to date appliances. The amenities are great, from the gym with a peloton bike, to the pool, to the flavored water and nitro coffee machines. But my favorite part has been the location. I love walking places and Atlantic beach house is located perfectly with an easy walk to the grocery, plenty of workout studios, shops, restaurants, coffee shops, nail salon, etc. And is a super quick... drive or even bike/run to the beach. Less than a 20 min drive to downtown. You cant beat it! Lastly, the staff has been wonderful. Any maintenance request we've had has been completed quickly and has gone smoothly. I cannot recommend Atlantic Beach House more!!
