I enjoy the location of Avana and the nature surrounding the complex. It is pretty quiet other than being able to easily hear neighbors (the walls are not very soundproof). I do wish the gym was bigger but the pool area is very nice. I like how there is a walking trail close by and it has always felt safe. My apartment has pretty updated finishes except the lighting and my bath vanity is short. It is not cheap but not terrible compared to some other apartments in Mt pleasant. Never have issues... with traffic. I also love the screen porch.

Amazing place

Avana long point is A wonderful place to live location is great apartments are nice. The view is incredible Office staff Jenny and Taja Are very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Recommend anybody to move here.

Great customers service
