We have been here for a couple of months only but we love it. Management is very professional and polite. The maintenance guys are also very professional and polite as well. They take care of your requests very fast. The gardens are clean. They clean the pool every morning. It is very quiet. Overall, we made the right decision moving here.

The property is nice and maintenance is great, but the property manager, Morgan ruins it for me. I would never live there again, nor recommend anyone else too as long as Morgan is still the manager.

Village by the Sea (VBTS), the place I call home has the perfect location. Sitting next to a lagoon, nestled between Walmart and Randalls and maybe two blocks from Seawall Blvd and the Gulf of Mexico. Not far from everything. The wife and I have luxury, the luxury to have the best office administrators and maintenance team. The luxury to have the best neighbors and all around nice people. Yes...VBTS is our home.
