I've had a great experience so far even though there were few maintenance requests to be raised after my move in but I'd like to add that the team did a tremendous job. I'm very pleased with the whole experience and the prompt response given by the team.

The apartment is clean and well maintained. The view form my balcony is excellent. The atmosphere is very quiet. I enjoy the amenities like the co-working space, gym etc

Overall Westvale is a very nice complex. Units are new and the facilities are top notch. Security is very good with private gates leading into the complex. We love the location close to downtown Roanoke and the local park. The only negative I can give is that the grounds are not kept picked up from animal waste. Clearly this is a problem with the pet owners but the issue has persisted for the entire year we have been here. At some point the issue has to be resolved and I believe that... property management must take more drastic measures to get it corrected. I also feel that the grounds should be cleaned up from this waste on a regular basis. It's not fair for all residents to have to live in this filth while a few residents aren't doing what they are supposed to do. Complete lack of respect for themselves and their neighbors.

The amenities, including the fitness center, are well-maintained. Everything is always clean and tidy. I love my apartment, the appliances, and the space.
