Cockroaches and horrible management
Honestly I don’t where to start. The apartment is infested with cockroaches. I didn’t notice them until after we moved when I went to the kitchen late at night. When I say there are roaches everywhere and they got into all of our stuff. The place is disgusting and management is terrible. It’s a wife and husband who are the managers but mostly likely the apartments are owned by higher up people. The wife is extremely rude when you ask her for repairs or to work on anything in the apartments. When... we said we had roaches, she said it was our fault because we were dirty and she was hesitant about sending someone so they can spray. We spoke to other neighbors and they also said they had roaches. Do not move in here. It looks nice from the outside but trust me it’s terrible. Another shady thing I noticed was when we filled out an application, on the desk it says check or money order only and she told us they only accept cash which was definitely a red flag but we had no choice to move in because our other lease was about to end.

Wonderful floor plan, but management won't do basic repairs
The apartments here are in a series of four-plexes. This gives us great natural light and good corner breezes in the living rooms. The smaller bedroom's closet is roomy, and the master closet is walk through, with room to hang and store on both sides. The floor plans put a layer of bathrooms and the kitchen between you and your neighbor, giving you a surprising noise dampener. I love the floor plan. It's why I've been here over ten years. Each unit has one living room A/C box unit in the wall,... which will never cool the bedrooms. The apartments are all electric with no gas. This is great in many ways, but a slow hot water drip in the faucet can get very expensive very fast. This is mainly a problem because the current manager will avoid even basic repairs. Turning in the written request must be followed by daily calls around the time the office opens, and it may still take over two weeks for a dripping faucet to be fixed. The shut off handle was missing for so long it had been painted over. There have been at least three owners and ten managers in the past ten years, and no one has really taken an interest in maintaining the structures. It's a great floor plan in a great location, but it changes hands frequently and any maintenance you are not willing push daily for or do yourself will not happen.
