There is a weekly gardener on Thursdays and trash pick-up on Fridays. Washer and dryer on the premises are shared and free use is included in rental price. Shared garden area includes lounge chairs, and several tables and chairs in community outdoor areas, fire pit, herb garden, fountain. Double-sized bed is loft style and requires a nimble, fit person, with no physical limitations, to climb a ladder. A six-month lease is offered, with no month-to-month option at expiration. Owner is amenable to another 6-month term thereafter if the arrangement is a good fit. Street parking requires a Preferential Parking Permit for on-street overnight parking and is available for an additional $50. fee for 6 months. One month security deposit plus first and last month's rent is required along with proof of being a commuter, such as, disclosure of nearby residency outside of Los Angeles. We also need proof of employment, good credit and good references, to be eligible to rent this fully-furnished, 5 days a week only, all amenities included private, 5-star Hollywood location, pied a terre.
