There is a weekly gardener on Thursdays and trash pick-up on Fridays. Washer and dryer on the premises are shared and free use is included in rental price. Shared garden area includes lounge chairs, and several tables and chairs in community outdoor areas, fire pit, herb garden, fountain. Double-sized bed is loft style and requires a nimble, fit person, with no physical limitations, to climb a ladder. A six-month lease is offered, with no month-to-month option at expiration.
