Our wonderful tenants of almost 2 yrs are moving due to family health reasons, to be closer to their parents. So, my 1 bedroom will be available starting March after the unit is cleaned and ready for occupancy. The move-in date will depend on how... long it will take to get ready but should be approx. by March 22nd.

The property offers many outdoor shared spaces. Utilities of gas, water, trash, power and internet is included in the monthly rent.
Small pets are allowed with a pet fee and a security deposit.
There is a working wood burning fireplace and a refrigerator and vintage working gas stove included.
