Built-in 1926 by renowned architect, William Allen, the gorgeous property of Alexandria Tower, with its... Beaux-Arts architecture, brings the aesthetic of the time forward and gets combined with mid-century decor that makes for an incredible apartment home community. Situated on a palm tree-lined street in one of the best parts of Koreatown, we are in a very walkable neighborhood. With a neighborhood Walk Score of 91, you can do so many errands on foot. You are walking distance to Ralphs, Vons, and Jons. In addition, the Red Line and Purple Line subway stations are walking distance for ease of access to Downtown, USC, Hollywood, and all of Los Angeles. Our location is close to so many diversions of every kind yet there is a neighborhood feel to the area.
We are proud to offer studio and one-bedroom apartments with generous floor plans. Our apartment homes have an updated look and feel. The kitchen features new cabinetry, granite countertops, and nearly new appliances. The spacious living room and bedroom areas feature wood floors, two-tone paint, newer double paned windows, and an over-sized closet and dressing area. The bathroom has a bonus large closet plus a soaking tub and shower. All units have large kitchens with an eating area, wood floors, and over-sized dressing areas. Most of our apartment homes have expansive views of either the Hollywood Hills or Downtown and areas beyond.
The building offers a bright and spacious lobby with impressive crown moldings, controlled access, an elevator, on-site laundry, and very responsive maintenance. The property is also pet-friendly for cats and dogs. The manicured gardens in front and in back of the property feature roses and drought tolerant plants that gently unfold day-after-day, providing a beautiful exterior surrounding. You will feel right at home at Alexandria Tower!

RUNNNNNNN
This is the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in the neighbors are horrible you have gangsters drinking in the lobby being loud and leaving their trash everywhere. You have tweakers that are welcoming their transient friends into the building to sleep in the lobby every other night these same people are arguing or getting into physical altercations in the building. I have been harassed by other tenants and have brought it to the property manager's attention and she said there was nothing... she can do even after I showed her all the police reports I've had to make against these tenants. She told me if I didn't feel safe to simply move out. Packages are always getting stolen the building walls are infested with mice most of the units have roach infestations. The trash is always overflowing out of the trash can onto the sidewalk other tenants leave their trash in the hallways. Property management sucks they are always switching out the property managers and they just keep getting worst they are useless and don’t respond to tenant requests or concerns promptly.

More Cons than Pros
The pictures will have you fooled. There's constantly no parking due to the large population and selfish people who double park on all surrounding blocks. I've had one of my packages opened before they somehow returned it to the mailbox after deeming it unworthy to take. There are constantly large roaches, regardless of the traps; the walls contain mice and come often due to lack of cleanliness. I've had to purchase several of my own traps. The only pro is the abundant amount of grocery stores... within walking distance.

It's a Bargain But You'll Pay For It
This is an affordable spacious apartment for the area. And you don't need me to tell you affordable apartments come with compromises. Let me tell you what those will be here. I lost literally hundreds of dollars in stolen packages that management refused to do anything about despite the cameras in the hallway. I kept a clean apartment, but was constantly fighting bugs. My neighbors were constantly leaving trash in the lobby, hallways, and elevator. I moved in 2020 and my unit was nowhere near as... updated as the ones in the pictures online. And the absolute worst part of living here was the parking. Unless you are only driving and parking in the middle of the day, parking is a nightmare. Any lots close by are supposedly not very safe and are expensive. Most nights I tried to park I ended up having to walk 20-25 minutes home.

Bed bugs!!!!
They have bedbugs! Beware!! Stay far far away from this disgusting place. Management is completely useless, we had NO hot water for almost two months, our neighbors got bedbugs as well as many other tenents, they never even notified anyone about it meanwhile still trying to rent out the apartment to others. They blamed us for the bedbugs and made us pay to fix it. They lost our check and blamed it on us for not paying rent.. so many horror stories from this place!

Terrible unresponsive property management and filled with roaches
The customer service from the property management is the worst I have ever experienced. Maria will NEVER respond back to phone calls or voicemails and you're lucky to get an email response a week later. Oftentimes with no solution to the problem you're seeking help with. I've had more packages stolen from the building then I can count. Sometimes my discarded package is left in the mail room where the thief picks and chooses which items to steal or just leaves the package empty. The management... has cameras in the mailroom but is not responsive in helping, they just tell you to talk to the police which is also extremely unhelpful as they don't care. There are cockroaches of all kinds that creep around all parts of the building, stairs, basement and the apartment itself. I've seen more than 4 kinds of different roaches in the year of being here after having the apartment sprayed multiple times for roaches. Also building maintenance issues go unattended to for months on end. Very noisy obnoxious dirty and smelly neighbors and pets throughout the building and neighboring buildings that are so close you can hear them washing dishes if your window is open.
