Worst place I ever lived - they are frauds!

Couple of things:

a) There is one particularly INSANE tenant and some other creepy men in this building,
b) The management company does nothing and squeezes money out of you,
c) It's an unsafe building with tons of mold, and
d) It's technically listed as a "hotel" with the city and not an apartment, so you basically have no renter's rights!

Save yourself the trouble and DO NOT rent from these awful people!

1 bedroom/ 1bath

It's cool ... I think it would be better for one person instead of two. Just because the space is so tiny . I hate the fact that there is no dishwasher, no parking, not dogs allowed but cats are okay (doesn't make any logical sense to me). The A/c is in the bedroom which is weird.... The stove and fridge are miniature .. I'm 5feet so I don't mind but if ur just a little bit taller I'm 1000% sure you will hate it.. The location is wonderful!! I'm right next to the grove and lacma ... Honestly I... would rather live a little farther away from everything and have more space and a bigger kitchen.... Of btw the kitchen holds one person at a time. I'm pregnant and I'm looking for something else ... Because this isn't going to work
