About Georgian House Apartments

Featuring hardwood floors, a tiled bathroom, crown moldings, two-tone paint, ample closet space, antique fixtures and sconces, and a kitchen complete with glass cabinets as well as stove and refrigerator, this upper unit resides near the back of this... rare and beautiful 1930s Southern Colonial Los Feliz estate. From your new dwelling, you will enjoy blissful quietness as well as tranquil views of the courtyard, bubbling 4-tier fountain, and genuine Civil War cannon below.

Once called “The Georgian,” this 1930 Southern Colonial estate is in the heart of pedestrian-friendly Los Feliz Village with effortless access to some of L.A.’s highly reputed dining and must-see experiences. A five-minute walk will take you to The Alcove for brunch, Little Dom’s or Farfalla for a hearty Italian dinner, and then Jenni’s Ice Cream for dessert. Or perhaps you prefer to eat in? Lassens Natural Foods or the newly trending Lazy Acres are just steps away.

Weekends and off-work hours might find you exploring the miles of hiking trails in nearby Griffith Park, visiting your favorite animal friends at the LA Zoo, or gazing at the solar system from the Griffith Observatory. You won’t be exhausted from your commute considering Burbank and the studio lots are just minutes away by car.

Plantation Paradise

My apartment and the building it's in is so beautiful that when I saw it for the first time I took it immediately, even though it was one of the first on my list to see that day. The interior gardens are so pretty and well kept and all the apartments have wood floors, crown molding, chandeliers and sconces. The landlord painstakingly presents these gorgeous apartments in their original Art Deco decor. I love this building and plan to be here for many years to come.
