Critical Flaw

I just signed a one year lease here and I'm kind of regretting it...

The building itself is an older one, but the rooms have been renovated somewhat, giving them a new feel. The manager is reasonable and she makes sure that everything is in order.

But there is one critical flaw and it is that the building is on a very busy street. This makes living here a pain with constant noise from traffic and its already driving me crazy.

I am now thinking about submitting an early move out notice and...
paying the fine.
