AWESOME PLACE TO LIVE, LOVE

To start, I have to say that the staff is what really makes this place great. Always willing to help and always smiling. It has great walkability! Has a doggy park! Great grills! And best bang for your buck in the area!

Great location plus parking, reliable staff, and a pool

Pros: Wonderful residential neighborhood. Walking distance to Del Mar station and Colorado. Great maintenance staff who will solve any problem stat. Covered parking. Nice pool. Building is full of nice dogs and great for dog owners! No noise issues. Pricing seems fair. My apartment has a nice layout and great light.Every apt has a balcony, central AC, and fireplace.Management company is trustworthy and efficient. Avalon owns a ton of buildings across the country and moving between Avalon... buildings means you can break your lease without being charged.
Cons: Building was, I think, constructed in the 1970s. Apartments have plastic countertops and plastic bathtubs, both of which are truly galling. If you like to take baths, this building is not for you. Apartments also feature white wall to wall carpeting and old kitchen appliances. Old carpeting in the hallways.
