Terrible owners

I lived here for 2 1/2 years. Never had a problem with management until they changed to a new lady. A 2x3 foot hole opened up in the ceiling of my child's room and rain was pouring in. They did a fast "repair" and 2 weeks later it open again. They refused to fix it and then suddenly tried to evict us even though we were within our rent parameters. We had multiple plumbing issues and the homeless are practically up against the building doing kinky stuff.
They will also allow you to have things...
like BBQs until they have inspections then they just throw them away with out giving you notice.

Love This Place

This was the least expensive place to rent in Studio City when we moved in five years ago. Our large 1-bedroom apartment faces the street and we have beautiful views from the extremely large windows in the living room and bedroom. It is very quiet in the building. The pool is heated from Memorial Day thru Labor Day every year and feels great when things get hot in the summertime. We plan on being here another 1 to 2 years until my husband retires and we move to a beach town in the San Diego area... .

Poor management

- maintenance will enter your apartment unannounced
- water is shut off for hours every week
- landlord is rude, disrespectful and does not respond to even emergency emails and calls
- Do not pay to live here, it’s most definitely not worth it.

Reasonable Rent, Great View, New Managers So-So

Have lived here about 1 1/2 years. The former manager Jill and her husband Daniel were incredible...sadly they left about six months ago...the new managers are not as hands-on...the place is not as well kep-up...especially the pool...many weekends this summer algae was visible at bottom of pool...you would think they would address the issue with the pool service company...this weekend had been particularly heinous...it looks as green as Kermit the Frog. Would rather be in the pool on this hot... day than write this review.
