worst management
i have lived there over a year and to date they have yet to fix a dish washer that holds water and it smells like sewer water after the fact, it does not drain it completely when its done with the cycle, a hole on the floor from the balcony also about a year and it has not been fixed, it is now about a 14 inches in diameter since I accidentally walked out to the balcony and forgot about the dam hole. the manager never available does not live on the premises and forget about getting a hold of... him by phone, tenants are always parking illegally not just in assigned parking spots
