Since July 2020
This is my first apartment since moving out of a homeless shelter. I'm grateful and appreciative for the staff who have helped me get back on my feet. I've requested to move out as soon as possible so someone else can have the same help, and also so I can live more independently.
I was the first to live in this apartment! The website says my 1 bedroom apartment is 657 square feet which, for me, is more than enough! I'll be downsizing for sure!
Wish me luck and best of luck for whoever... gets my apartment next!

Less than zero
If you enjoy crazy yelling people, urine in the elevator, annoying dogs that defecate in front of your door, and completely inept management then this is definitely the place for you.
