The Sussex House apartments are some of the finest in all of the San Gabriel Valley. This 46-unit complex has been under new management since 2018 and the property has received several property upgrades including all new double pane sliding windows,... fresh paint job, redone landscaping, new security screen doors, exterior lighting, and a new parking lot.
