Horrible Company
I wish I could give ZERO stars. We moved into Promontory Point Apartment Homes managed by Irvine Company only to discover significant water damage just two weeks after moving in. It was immediately clear that this issue was present before we even moved in, but somehow Irvine Company didn’t bother conducting a proper inspection beforehand. For the price we’re paying, this level of negligence is beyond unacceptable.
What’s even worse is their so-called "solution"—putting us in a rundown motel for... a month while still charging us full rent for an unlivable apartment. No compensation, no accountability, just outrageous costs for something that’s entirely their fault. It’s obvious these outdated apartments haven’t been properly maintained—one glance at the ceiling and you could see something was wrong. How did they miss it?
We expected much better from a company with such high prices, but instead, we’re stuck with an uninhabitable unit, no real solution, and zero concern for their tenants. This has been the worst rental experience of our lives. If you’re considering renting here, do yourself a favor—look elsewhere.
