Worst place ever you can also look at my review on their website but so many issues and they won’t return my deposit. Won’t return my calls and I have to take them to court now. If you are reading this apartment you guys are the worst

I stayed here from 2022 to 2023. I had many problems starting with move in day. I had no working key.... they gave me a key that would not unlock my door nor could I get into my apartment on move in day. Secondly on move in day my central air nor heat worked..... Following this when all moving in was done my microwave was not working as well. My first day here there was 3 maintain calls already put in. The key was fixed the air and heat was never touched after that with many attempts to have the... ground crew to fix this. Never did they show or follow with multiple calls walks to the front office everything anyone could do with out fixing them self. Now Mind you they never fixed my heat when it was negative degrees outside. During winter they never plowed the sidewalks nor street / parking lot. They with held my security deposit for 6 months until I brought in a lawyer to get my money back. the base rent always moves up and never stays at the base rent of what you signed on. DO NOT GIVE THIS POOR COMPANY YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY !!!!!!!!!!

This is the worst place I have ever had to deal with. The leasing office will never respond to your calls and if you go into the office they will randomly close or deflect the blame onto someone else. I had my AC break in the middle of summer at 85 inside my apartment. The maintenance wouldn't respond to my work orders or my emergency calls. Eventually, I had to move out with my cat for 2 weeks cause the apartment was unlivable. On top of everything else, this place will fight you EVERY step of... the way to give you back your security deposit. When they finally give you back the deposit they will take off random charges for no reason.
Save yourself some stress and don't move here :)

I moved out a few months ago, but still have not received my deposit back. I tried contacting the office and property manager, but no response.

worse staffing ever. we moved in a month ago and were shown a beautiful clean apartment and told there’s a laundry facility in each building. we moved in to a dingy old apartment that was dirty. my fridge and microwave didn’t work and are broken. my faucet leaks in the bathroom and kitchen. called maintainence and their office several times a week and yet nothing has been repaired. My husband even called their corporate office and no one has done a single thing. Always told they have short staff... but completely unreasonable to not have anything done a month later. the laundry facility is in a different building and quite the walk. save your money and move somewhere else. not worth the trouble at all.
